Perform a significant reduction of CO2 emissions based around heat utilization, tourism policy and commercialization.
In heat utilization, in order to reduce winter consumption of fossil fuels, proceed in the use of ground source energy and geothermal hot spring heat in collaboration with industry and academia.
In tourism policy, consider CO2 emission regulations for tourism businesses, and new taxes for tourists, and use that revenue in efforts help to reduce CO2 emissions.
With regard to commercialization, promote the commercialization of region-driven renewable energy, such as in the form of circulating funds in the region with the establishment of an organization for such purpose.
As an eco-model city from the perspective of overall city development, we aim to promote sustainable recycling-smart community society, for an international environment resort that is trusted by the world.
